71I have to admit, when I first saw pet strollers existed I was a little surprised.
I mean, really, why would anyone really need a stroller for their pet? This must just be for those crazy celebs right?NO! As I looked around and learned more about pet strollers I realized they can be very beneficial in so many circumstances.Let's take a look at why a pet stroller might be a good option for you and your pet.There are so many places you could be taking your dog but aren't. Here are a few places you could be spending quality time with your pet if you had a pet stroller.
Jogging There are great jogging pet strollers available. Whether you have a small dog who can't keep up, or an older dog who can't make it the whole way.Boating It can be tough to get your dog on the boat and keep him safe while out on the water. A pet stroller makes transfer from land to water easy and provides your pet a safe way to enjoy the open water and fresh air.Biking There are a nice selection of pet bike trailers now. In fact, I saw my first one in action last weekend. You can now take your dog on a bike ride in a safe manner. Holding a dog leash while you are biking is not safe for YOU or your dog.Traveling Have you tried to take a flight recently? If you travel with your pet a pet stroller makes it much easier. Practical uses for Pet Strollers
There are some practical reasons a pet stroller might be right for you.
Trips to the Vet My cats are very heavy, and not very friendly to strange dogs. A pet stroller makes it easy to get them in and out of the car and into the vet. If you have cat shedding problems when your cats are nervous don't worry. The pet strollers clean up very easily.
Dog Shows You can get pet strollers that carry multiple dogs. Some models even have a table you can use to groom your dog under the top dog carrier.
Festivals Every year we have "Woofstock" which is a fundraiser for the local shelter. Last year I wanted to take my Schnauzer, but with a one year old I wasn't sure I could manage. A pet stroller would have made the trip easy and fun. He would have been easily controlled and safe from bigger dogs, and my daughter would have happily pushed him around all day.

Thanks for posting this. True enough, the use of pet strollers is highly beneficial for your pets. Pet strollers are more than a recreational carrier but a helpful way of transporting your handicapped or small pets like puppies and kittens where long street walking is very strenuous for them.
